They come in packs of 20-60, they arrive packaged in insulated boxes that will keep your raw frozen in transit upto 48 hours, we send our items with dpd next day monday-saturday dispatch times are normally the same day but depending on what time you order or throughout our busier times we cannot guarantee this.
You will be given a timeslot so please ensure you are in as we cannot take any form of responsibility if you are not there and the parcel has to be left, raw is a perishable item so cannot be taken back to the depot, so it will be left be at your own risk!
Throughout the hotter months raw can arrive thawed out this is perfectly normal and is absolutely fine for your dogs.
