Dispatch times

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Delivery times

delivery times vary depending on what product you have purchased and what service you have selected. 

Couriers

We use royal mail 48 hour tracked for most orders and for raw orders we use dpd next day.

Raw orders

All raw orders must be placed before 9am for us to to try and enable to get your order out the same working day, we use dpd next day courier service monday to Thursday only, we can send out on a Friday for Saturday delivery but this occurs extra charges unfortunately but if you are desperate please contact us and we will try our best to help.

Dpd send a hour window update so please ensure you are in and available to take the delivery, as its perishable frozen goods they cannot be carded and redelivered! We may have to ask the courier to leave the parcel if you are not available but this will be done at your own risk and no returns or refunds will be given. 

Raw food sometimes does defrost in transit and is still usable it just has to be cool so don't panic! 

If a order arrives damaged please send us the proof and we will arrange for our courier to recollect the order from you. 

Some postcodes unfortunately our courier doesn't cover but this will let you know at checkout.

All our raw is packaged in polystyrene insulation boxes then in double cardboard boxes for us to try and keep your order frozen for as long as possible this normally keeps it frozen for upto 48 hours+

Refunds and returns 

If you no longer require your order and it's still sealed in the correct packaging you received it in, we are more than happy for you return your order but you would need to return your order at your own expense, once we receive it back a full refund will be given, unfortunately this excludes raw and perishable goods.
