All orders are sent out on a next day service with our dpd courier if ordered before 10.30 AM sometimes busier periods dispatch times can vary, your order will be delivered within 24/48 hours once dispatched monday to Saturday only, please note you will be given a hours time slot so please ensure your in, due to the product being perishable if your not in your order will be left but this will be done at your own risk so please ensure your available.
What is 80/10/10 raw feeding?
80/10/10 refers to a balanced raw feeding ratio: 80% meat, 10% bone, and 10% organ. This ensures your dog receives the essential nutrients needed for a healthy diet.
How should I store and serve raw pet?
Our raw pet food is delivered frozen. Keep it in your freezer and defrost portions in the fridge before serving. Always use proper hygiene when handling raw meat.
During hotter weather items can be received slightly thawed this is perfectly normal just pop them straight into your freezer
Courier deliveries are packed into insulated boxes with a double walled cardboard outer. Our packaging has been tested and is capable of keeping goods frozen for a minimum of 48 hours in optimum conditions. This time can be reduced by warmer weather. Please bear this in mind when ordering. We do not accept claims for replacement or refund if some thawing has occurred on arrival. Please place goods into your freezer as soon as possible to avoid spoiling.
PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT A REFRIGERATED SERVICE – in times of extreme heat your product may start defrosting. We pack and insulate your order, it leaves us deep frozen. We will not accept responsibility for it defrosting in these circumstances.
Couriers do not “guarantee” next day delivery – in 99.9% of circumstances it is delivered next day, but mistakes and delays to happen. We will not accept responsibility for these delays which are out of our control. Please do not order from us if you do not accept these terms. Food can be refrozen and it is common practise to do so in the raw feeding community.
FLAT OWNERS…..
Courier Drivers will ONLY leave your parcel in the main ‘reception’ (and not all receptions will accept deliveries) and not to your individual door. Please consider this before ordering – if its not a ‘safe’ place and risks being refused or stolen, please divert your parcel to a local parcel shop or do not order from us. We will not refund any items that are refused by reception or goes missing. Drivers have GPS which will confirm it has been left in the correct place. Once left, it is your responsibility and we are not liable for it.
